Shipping policy

Items are shipped by Australia Post. Big Sis Lil Bro will not accept any responsibility for lost or misplaced or stolen items once they have been shipped. Customers are responsible to enquire with Australia Post if an item is taking longer than expected to arrive. A tracking number will be supplied for each shipment on request.
